2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 HEMI®
The 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 293 is quickly shaping up to be the most powerful Wrangler trim that Jeep has ever produced, and you’ll be able to find out more about it right here with Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. The Jeep Wrangler 392 HEMI® is the latest model to become stuffed full of the powerful and incredible V-8 engine, and drivers near Conway are not going to know what just drove past them as you let this powerful Jeep go both on and off-road.
What is the Jeep Wrangler 392 HEMI®?
Sometimes referred to as the Rubicon 392, Wrangler 392 HEMI®, Wrangler Rubicon 392, or simply the Jeep 392, this powerhouse of a Wrangler is a modification of the already existing Rubicon. It handles off-road travel just as well as the Rubicon with its 33-inch tires, but under its hood sits an eight-cylinder, 470 horsepower, and 470 lb-ft of torque engine that is waiting to show you what it can do.
Its all-wheel drive is further augmented by the eight-speed automatic transmission, and it features wheel-mounted paddle shifters for additional control. According to Jeep, it can go 0-to-60 in just 4.5 seconds, and clear a quarter-mile track in 13 seconds flat.
The Jeep Wrangler HEMI® is also every bit the Rubicon, capable of matching the most off-road-capable Wrangler that Jeep can produce whether you’re driving to North Myrtle Beach for errands, or exploring off-road. You’ll be able to find:
- Speed-two transfer case
- Dana 44 axles and electronic locking differentials
- Electric Sway Bar Disconnect
- Embroidered Leather seating
- Uconnect® 4C Nav
- 8.4-inch touch screen
- Jeep Off-Road Pages
- Rock Rails
- Winches
- And more
2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 HEMI® Off-Road
Not only does the Jeep Wrangler HEMI® bring with it a brand-new 6.4L HEMI® V8 engine, but it expands on the already capable Rubicon in additional ways. For starters, the 392 sits a full inch taller than the Rubicon, with 10.3 inches of ground clearance, meaning it can clear 32.5 inches worth of water, or two and a half feet of water!
It also borrows a desert-rated Hydro-Guide Air Induction hood scoop from the Jeep Gladiator Mojave, a quad-tip exhaust system, and 2-inch diameter FOX aluminum bodied shocks. These also came with an upgrade to the structural integrity of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392, as it has had its chassis reinforced with additional steel.
