As a woman buying a car in a huge dealership with lots of men, this could have been very intimidating. Pair that with buying an off the chain Rubicon Gladiator and my stress level should have been stroke worthy. NOT HERE! Every last person I was in contact with was super friendly and ultra professional. The staff from management, finance, sales and parts were behind me 100% to get the exact car with options that I wanted. I have never had this kind of positive experience. I purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Wade and his customer service was exceptional! I ended up having a serious mechanical issue with the vehicle, and although the process has taken some time to work out, everyone from the owner himself, Bobby Gale, his son Robbie Gale Matt the service manager and even Wade the salesman, has bent over backwards to help resolve the issue. While frustrating to have a major mechanical issue, the entire staff has made extra effort to get me into a new vehicle. The way they have treated me has been outstanding and they have gained a customer for life.

I brought my jeep in for a servicing and after my service I was told to contact the General Manager due to something that happened. I called and left him messages, contacted him via email never heard back from him as to why I had to contact him. I was told he would be waiting for my call. I spoke to the Service Department Manger and the person who sold me my Jeep about the issue and I have not heard back from anyone. So I am a little baffled on why in the first place I had to call the GM and he was expecting my call and I have not heard back from anyone. I am highly disappointed.
